Deviprasad has over 10 years of experience in psychometry and more than 30 years of global experience in computer systems design to deployment. With a background that includes working with many multinational companies and expertise in ERP (SAP) systems, he blends technological expertise with psychological insight. Deviprasad plays a key role in driving innovation, expanding solutions through the integration of tech and psychometry.
Director
Soniya brings over five years of experience in psychological and career counseling, with a strong foundation in psychometric tool development for diverse groups, such as students and working professionals.
As a trained psychometrician with a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology, she combines academic depth with practical insight to deliver impactful, evidence-based psychological solutions. She is a visiting lecturer at several prestigious educational institutions, enriching her practice with a strong academic and teaching perspective.
Junior Psychologist
Sakshi is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology and brings over a year of hands-on experience in psychometric test development. Passionate about psychological studies and research, she contributes fresh insights and creativity in building tests. As an aspiring clinical counselor, Sakshi is actively enhancing her counseling skills through practice.
